Ginger Herbal Tea
Dried ginger root pieces. Makes a great tasting infusion.
Treat yourself to a healthy cup of piping hot ginger tea, or enjoy it chilled over ice. Add some brown sugar or honey and maybe a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Ginger is good for digestion and it will cool you down on hot days and warm you when it is cold. Dried ginger pieces make a deliciously spicy and aromatic brew, served on its own or added to other teas to spice up your brew.
Preparation: Use 1-2 tsp. per cup, pour boiling hot water over and brew for 2-5 minutes depending on desired strength.
