This sophisticated French Earl Grey with fragrant oil of real bergamot is perfectly balanced with the medium strength black tea.
Preparation: Use one teaspoon of tea per cup, brew for 3-4 minutes in hot water (98-100°C). Add milk and/or sugar as desired.
